It's Thursday already!

This week has just flown by! It's hard to believe we have just one more full day to prepare for the weekend performances. Our musicians spent more time on the stage today in addition to their other activities. From the devotional with Jamba to our afternoon entertainment to craft time, it was a full day of fun.

Our family minister led our morning prayer.

After lunch it was time for our afternoon entertainment: the amazing Jeff Plake, juggler and Yo-Yo expert. He started by explaining how to juggle.

He also demonstrated his technique.

Jeff took a break from juggling to show us some amazing Yo-Yo tricks.

When our guest asked for a brave volunteer, he had plenty of willing audience members.
He chose one calm, cool hombre who was certainly brave!

Getting back to juggling, he pulled out a ping pong ball, a tennis racquet and a bowling ball. He even had one of our kids make sure it was a real bowling ball.
Yes, it was heavy!

Then he took on the racquet, an apple and a knife.

The he juggled three apples, taking bites out of each.

After Jeff's demonstration, he let the kids try their hands at juggling.

Later it was time for our daily craft.

Through all of these activities, our KidSONG participants are learning about how much God loves us and how we can share God's love with others.
